About Oran Patrick Kennedy
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Oran Patrick Kennedy received his Ph.D. in History from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Between February 2021 and July 2024, he was appointed as Assistant Professor of General History and Lecturer of Modern English Literature at Leiden University, and Lecturer of Economic and Social History at the University of Groningen. From September to December 2024, he was a Short-Term Visiting Fellow at the Roosevelt Institute for American Studies (RIAS) in Middelburg, the Netherlands.
