Kevin Power completed his doctoral dissertation on the political imagination of Norman Mailer at UCD in 2013. His articles have appeared in The Mailer Review and Irish Journal of American Studies. He is the author of a novel, Bad Day in Blackrock (2008), and has written for various places, including Literary Review, The Dublin Review, Los Angeles Review of Books, and The Dublin Review of Books. He teaches in the School of English, Trinity College Dublin.
