Donna Maria Alexander is an Irish Research Council Postgraduate Scholar in the School of English and Department of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies in University College Cork. The title of her thesis is Chicana Poetics: Genre and Style in Gloria Anzaldúa and Lorna Dee Cervantes.
